Looking at the whole Iraq thing. We should not have as many troops as every other country has. I am not talking about the most of any other country.

I mean take the total amount of troops in Iraq and we match them 1 for 1. This would mean that we would have about 11,000 troops in Iraq as compared to 140K we currently have.
